Pastel Sand!

Jersey Effect Mean Girl is a beautiful pastel blue. Finishing is like a sugar scrub or sand in texture. You do need two coats to see the color. Its light blue shade with fine darker blue sugar (calling them that for lack of better words). It gives a matte/frosted finishing. Since its thicker polish, please expect chipping after 2-3 days. The effect on nail is truly gorgeous. Its absolute value for money.

Quite OK...

It has an interesting grainy texture... somewhere between toothpaste and a cement layer. Though the effect is nice, I wish it was a lot smoother as on kind of expects it. Another thing, it definitely requires a base coat.
