I ordered 19 products, but out of all of them, only the streax Mask was not properly sealed and appeared to have been used. This has been my first bad experience with Purplle. Otherwise, Purplle has always delivered my orders ahead of the expected date, and all the products have been excellent so far. This is the first time I have received a product in such condition. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and resolved.
