I had severe eye allergies so can never put on powder eye shadow. Sugar too good to be true really helped me in this. great pigmentation, good choice of colours. The darkar colour dries down to matte and the shimmer stays as it is. Waterproof test: The matte stays on but shimmer doesn't. Thanks both Sugar and purplle.
