lipstick quality is really good if lips r well preped they stay moisturized n on preped chap free lips it glides smoothly. People who r complaining that it's not moisturizing need to know it's a matte non transferable lipstick so it tends to get little dried up but if u prep ur lips well n then apply it's not an issue n about not being smooth it's not the lipstick it's ur lips that are chapped. So stop blaming the lipstick!!
