i received it as a free gift from sugar. quality is quite good smudge proof but not completely . i didn't used yet on my eyes. it has so glitter particles in it so can be used in parties

Didn't thought would get a kajal in free!!!I mean which is free but at the same time high quality and splendid..Got it free with SUGAR Hell Crayon lipstick.. Thought that it wouldn't be too good..But when I tried it was best...Not Good!!!!!Try it Guys!!😘🥰🧡🧡
