It's an awesome Matt red.it will look good in all the skin tones.try to moisturize your lips before the application.this lip color glides very softly n staying power is for 3-4 hours and then u may need to touch up.all in all scarlet o hara is awered Red for parties.

Lipstick is super awesome.Vibrant color.I loved it.But kajal is of really poor quality and color.
