Super pigmented, staying power is ok just don't rub, not matte, super fine tip, better than many branded eyeliners.

Cheap yet the best
guys, let me tell you. If you're looking for that one eyeliner which fits into your pocket, then this is the one. It's tip is so good. I've used sugar, faces Canada, Maybelline but I loved this one. The tip is so pointed you can draw anything, like literally anything. you can draw "That Damn Wing". Don't think it's cheap so it will disappoint you. NO! you'll love it.
