been a while since I bought this for my dry heel and elbow issue since I belong to the normal to dry skin group. it works well to remove dead skin from heel and also does a good job as an body exfoliator when you are lazy to use a loofah and body wash. the granules are a little prickly but they kind of scrub off the dirt and makes the skin soft and not dry. really recommend it for all and would surely purchase it again.

I felt so lucky after a long long time! I have to say as I am suffering with keratosis pilaris , and we get hard water because of which I always have to use some sort of medicated powder for itchiness and a body lotion or cream for sure . But this soap just wiped out all my skin problems in one go!
