Good lip balm makes my lips softer I’ve have really chapped lips and this makes it softer and plum plied I would suggest you to use in days not nights during nights use vaselines original petroleum jelly when you’re going to sleep it really works.when you woke up gently rub off the Vaseline from your lips with a cloth it will also remove the dead skin cells💓
