One of the best toners I have used so far
VLCC Rose Water Toner is a great product that suits my skin in all weathers. I use it daily twice after washing my face with face wash by wiping my skin with toner dipped cotton. It leaves my skin cleaner with a mild rose fragrance. Removes the impurities from the skin leaving no scope for acnes. A must must product for all skin lovers!!

Great product. Suits my sensitive skin really well. Doesn't cause any breakouts.. Started to use it regularly after my face wash. Suits all skin types. Can be used in all seasons.
