Always check the color of the skin on your cheek, near the jawline, and veins on your wrist to identify the undertones. 
If you have golden or olive hues, then you are a warm skin tone. If you have pink or blue-ish hues, then you are a cool undertone. Whereas neutral is a combination of both - warm and cool tones.

Anyone with a warm skin tone should always go for a red lipstick with an orange base or orange lipstick, as these bright colors help in accentuating your warm skin tones and bring the sun kissed hues and glow out.
