• Sweet Basil oil improves blood circulation and for many problems, such as anxiety, insect bites, nausea, muscular aches, flu, fever, pulmonary infections and infectious diseases. Has been traditionally used as an antidepressant and is useful for migraines, general headaches, and is also said to assist with concentration. Cautions: Care must be taken in handling of the highly concentrated liquid. Avoid undiluted, direct use on sensitive skin. Always test a small amount of essential oil first for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Should not be used for children under 16. Not to be used during pregnancy but otherwise, relatively non-toxic, non-irritant with some possible sensitization in some individuals.
