It is almost like water, but after application it gives a cooling tingling sensation which feels good on the skin..i have been using it since 5 months now, once daily at night after cleansing and toning...i am seeing slight improvement in skin texture...it does reduce new onset of pimples...price is on the higher side but becomes affordable only after a 30-40% discount !!

Consistency is very dilute. It works on my acne and sensitive skin. It is not like a oil.

It is a watery substance rather than an oil, with a pleasant peppermint scent. It gets absorbed quite quickly and provides a cooling sensation to the face. I apply it mostly on my t-zone. It does control oil to an extent. I expected it to hydrate the skin a bit, but it didn't. It dries up within seconds. It did not irritate my skin or cause breakouts. If you need a toner like effect from a product without a load of chemicals, you can purchase this. If you already have a HG toner, skip this.
