very bad return policy

product is good but wanted to return bcz shade was dark as compared to my skin tone. i saw very much videos and bought the mocha shade by seeing the return policy. as it was mentioned that can return the product within 15 days.but they are everytime rejecting my return. no cooperation from purple.too. .so before buying be confident about ur shade. otherwise u will also regret ur wastage of money.
