White shade not good !

i bought the white shade to mix and match with my dark shades foundations , but when I mix it , it does make it lighter but changes the formula of the foundation, it makes it patchy and sheer.. not oos finish also the oil water and pigment can been seen un mixed even after shaking vigoursly. pic attached
