How to use
Remove the release paper from the back of the sanitary pad and place it firmly onto your underwear. Fold the wings around both sides for a secure fit. Change every 6-8 hours, or more frequently during heavy flow. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it responsibly in a dustbin. Do not flush.
