Bad experience with online purchase

I use to buy lipstick in malls or super market but never had this kind of bad experience. I like the product if faces Canada. I was expected a matte lipstick but got a shiny lipstick. I feel like wasted money and cheated by online team. pls do exchange the product. pls see the difference between the products as shown in the picture. purple app it's self cheating app.. pls guys don't trust this online people. I want return or exchange but they don't want to bother or no response from the purple or customer care. I have waited my money and time.. feels very sad. don't download this app. it's really a worst experience I ever had before. I usually buy products from Amazon or Flipkart . this 2 apps and customer care is really good.
