I have noticed this a lot in Insight cosmetics products, they tend to have fuzz or moisture on it when it arrives. But apart from that the blush colour is very pretty, it gives a subtle natural look. it is good if you want to test out new shades but don't want to spend a lot of money on something that you might not like.
