Product not as expected , received fake product
I have been using this product since 4 years and always bought it in Nyka.this time I ordered from Purple and I started getting rash and burning sensation in 2 days. So stopped using it and recorded from Nyka and my skin is much better.So the Concerned team should check on this.what is the procedure to raise complaint. Is there an option to return this. As I bought serum .cream and glycolic serum🤦♀️😭😭

As i have ordered loreal paris . This product is not good it looks like duplicate it is watery .
