Not satisfied

I purchased this for a glossy lip, but it not as glossy as shown. A very little bit gloss you can see after applying it on lips. so I don't like this product. And also it shown deep red colour but I received light brown colour. Also I felt difficulties to return the order. And they didn't take return this.
