Wash your neck and face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Blend the powder activator with the cream bleach in the ratio 1:6. Mix until the activator is dissolved. Apply the blend, using the spatula, in a thick, even layer over your face and neck avoiding eyebrows and the area around the eyes. Relax and allow the bleach to effectively restore your fairness.
