How to use
1.Each Nua pad comes in an individual disposal cover with a resealable flap.
2. After use, place the pad into the disposal cover, seal the flap and discard it in a bin.
Heat Patch : "How to use
1. Open - Take the patch out of its packet.
2. Stick - Place the patch on your underwear. Do not stick it directly on your skin.
3. Relax - The patch will start heating up on its own. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, and then dispose.
DO NOT:
1. Forget to frequently check your skin during use
2. Use while sleeping
3. Use more than one patch in 24 hours"
