I liked the information given in the booklet it's really useful every women need to know. cup is soft and there enough suction release holes. no leaks material is of good quality. convenient and good gift for every menstruating woman because this makes you feel that you are not on periods. once you wear you can forget for another 10hours. cleaning is must. should follow the guide.
