How to Use: 1.Fold: Fold the cup to form a U shape with thumb and forefinger 2.Insert: Insert the cup gently into birth canal with folded side up, while pushing it upwards 3.Test: Run a finger around the rim to ensure it's sealed. 4.Remove: Pinch the stem of the cup and squeeze to release vacuum and gently pull it out 5.Wash: Sterilise the cup in boiling water for 8 mins. Dry and cool before next use.
