Definitely shines when you apply it on your lips but if you are two tonned lips I would recommend to apply some lipstick and than try this you will see a beautiful result💫✨️. It stays really long I applied it for few weeks now and am really satisfied🤌✨️. About plumping lips I have pretty plumped lips already so i don't know if it does plump but it definitely looks attractive on lips and smells good as well💝. I 101% recommend this for anyone looking for shiny gloss so far my one of the best purchase for lip gloss i have ever tried☺️❣️.
