This smudger brush amazingly smudges any eye pencil or eyeshadow i use and gives and a perfect smokey look. The rubber tip has a perfect shape. It is not too soft and not too hard. I almost use it daily to smooth the harsh lines of my eye liner. Vega definitely has some great brushes and that too decently priced. Thank you purplle.

Vega Eye Smudger - EV-22 just doesnt work, i bought this thinking its vega and since its a good company . i have used vega brushes and they were good but this one is a complete miss , it jsut doesnt work , the smudger tugs on the skin , leaves marks, doesnt blend very well , well doesnt even move the kajal on the eye. although this might be a good tool for practice for beginners before investing in a high end expensive products since you get a hold on to it. I have used a chambor one of my friend and it was smooth. but with the price i dont have any complains. very affordable

This smudger is very poor quality and a wste of money. Don't buy it
