Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Massage on a small amount of shampoo through your wet hair and scalp. Lather and massage using your fingertips (not nails) all over the scalp. Wash thoroughly and follow with a cold water rinse. For best results; comb the hair before shampoo and leave the lather on for 5 minutes before rinsing, letting the apple cider vinegar thoroughly detox your hair and scalp. For enhanced effects, use it at least twice a week.
