i requested a customer support as my freebie received in a damaged condition.they respond me very quickly and politely asked for some pics of the damaged product (with barcode) so that they can easily resolve my issue.then they sent me some coupon codes as worth to the damaged. really good customer support.iam very much impressed with purple customer service.
