packaging issue

this wasn't expected from you purple .....everything is good but the packaging is not nice ..... I'm a purple customer from last 2 year And this happen for the first time with cosrx only....moisturizer's cap was open there was dust on the cap and the essence tooo💔 otherwise the product is awsm

I am writing this review after using from week ,I have oily and acne prone skin before using it have done some research how to use it and after reading may reviewsfrom you tube and online shopping apps .I followed the process according to the reviews I applied this cosrx snail essence on damp skin as the first step of my skin care routine and followed it with Niacinamide at mrng and with vitamine c at night .I absorbed my skin got smooten and I can see my scars got reduced and it started giving me clear skin . Though the cost is little high I had a thought of trying it and now I think I had added gud one into my routine.i definitely recommend this though it doesn't had any side effects to my skin .Thank you purple for the fastest delivery before the expected date .

Best Hydrating Essence

Totally in love with the product. The second one i got from purple. I have normal to dry skin and as i apply salicylic acid an alternative day it provides a good barrier to protect my skin from the acidic nature of the acid keeping my skin hydrated. It also provides a glow after use.The only thing is that you have to be consistent to get the desired results.
