This product is not in its usual serum-like consistency at all. It is literally completely watery, almost like plain water. I have purchased this product many times before, so I know how the product normally looks and feels. But this time, the product I received is completely different and seems to be diluted or damaged. Also, when I opened the box, there was no proper seal on the product. It arrived without a seal, which is very concerning. Iโm really disappointed with this order because I have purchased this product multiple times before and never faced this issue. Please look into this and provide a proper resolution, preferably a replacement or refund.

The serum is very light weight water like texture. Best for oily and combination skin doesn't make the skin feel oily and greasy or dull. Rrsults can be seen within a week or less. For best results use it with vitamin a moisturizer or any peptide moisturizer. Goo of it๐ค
