Use a neutral, mid-tone, matte eyeshadow to create a base on your eyelid. Now apply a darker color around the outer corner of your eyes. Add the color along your lash line and with your fingers, pat, pat, pat to blend it. Smoothen out any harsh creases with a fluffy eyeshadow brush. Use a dark-colored pencil eyeliner across your top and bottom lash lines. Now get your blending game on! Using a pencil brush to blend the top edge and smoke it out! Keep blending the same dark-colored eyeshadow used earlier and give a smooth, hazy look to smoothen all harsh edges. 

To brighten up, press a dash of shimmery pigment onto the inner corner of your eyes! For a full-glam look, add the shimmer to the centre of your eyelids as well. Finish up with thick, long and dark false lashes.
