Prep your lids with primer and then apply a lavender shadow as a base. Use a fluffy eyeshadow brush to apply it all the way up to your crease. Then apply a matte lavender shade on the upper crease for more definition. Now comes the fun part. Grab a bright red eyeliner and apply a thick coat on the perimeters of your eye such that they create a pointy angle on the extreme corners of the eye.
