Fashion month just wrapped up in Paris with a week full of glitz and glam, where some of the biggest fashion gurus in the industry returned to showcase their revolutionary collections. We just cannot get over the beauty looks that were sent down the runway. So, if you missed out on the most fashionable event of the year, worry not because we are recapping the show just for you.

The makeup teams at Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022 gave the world some serious makeup inspo. And the best part? We've curated all the looks that you can actually use in your everyday life.

We noticed that the classic French girl aesthetics influenced the looks with a touch of fun and pizzazz. So, whether you're a minimalist or all about experimental, you are definitely in for a treat.

Koche: Spiked Liner

Makeup artist Cécile Paravina gave winged eyeliner a whole new meaning for Koche. She swiped on thick flicks spiked outward instead of upward and drew short dashes just below them on the lower lash lines and then topped up the look with cocoa-coloured gloss.

Ottolinger's collection filled with multiple shapes and textures had makeup artist Isamaya French take the subtle route with dewiness. The models' cheekbones were glowing with a low-key luminescence, eyelids were given a dab of gloss and hints of silver shimmer, and their lips had a subdued sheen.

For the Dior show, makeup artist Peter Philips framed the models' brushed-up brows with not just one flick but two flicks of black liner from the upper and lower lash lines. Barely-there mascara gave the double cat-eyes a lovely finesse while the lips were left bare.

Makeup artist Tom Sapin has paved the way for the orangey tone: terracotta at the Victoria/Tomas show. He blended the rusty colour onto the models' lids, cheeks and lips for a gorgeous monochromatic moment.

The famous Orange has yet again made another appearance. The fluorescent orange eyeliner enhanced the models' eyes as they strutted down the runway in sharp flicks while gloss was tapped onto the centre of their lids for a hint of shine. Makeup artist Anthony Preel has given us the best of both worlds at the Courreges show. He donned the models' upper eyelids with thick cat eyes and etched ultra-thin lines just below the lower lashes toward the inner corners of the eye.
