How To Use: Mash up half a cup of ripe papaya and add a tablespoon of honey to it. Mix it well and apply it to your face for 20-30 minutes. Wash thoroughly with water and repeat it 3-4 times a month to get a silky, smooth, glowing face.
3. Green Tea Face Mask:
Acne has always been a recurring problem majorly caused due to oily face and acne-causing bacteria, Research has shown that applying green tea on the skin and face can effectively help with the appearance of acne. Green tea also helps to fight inflammation, reduce the production of sebum and inhibits the growth of acne-causing bacteria. These nutrients in the milk help to rejuvenate the skin cells that are damaged due to heat, pollution, ageing or any other reason. It also restores the moisture to these cells and prevents dryness or roughness of the skin. How To Use: Soak 8-10 almonds in water for 2 hours and grind them into a paste after that. Add the milk to this paste till they form a decent consistency and apply it on your face for 20-30 minutes. Wash with cold water and use once a month for soft, supple skin.
