It removes excess oil and dirt from skin and closes pores. 5. Apply a Moisturizer. Moisturizing at night helps your skin repair itself and keep off wrinkles. 6. Exfoilate your skin once a week if your skin tends to be dry and flaky, as it removes dead skin cells. Use a scrub with super fine grains and rub it gently on your face. 7. And last but not the least apply a sunscreen whenever you step out.
